By attending any event produced by Three Day Weekend NYC, you have agreed to the following terms:

1. Your image will be captured on photo and video for social media posts and future event announcements.

2. There are no refunds. All ticket sales are final.

3. You may not bring any professional video and photo equipment or DSLRs.

4. You may document your own experience at our events with your cel phone and it's ok to make social media posts with this material for your personal use. You may not, under any circumstances, use media gathered at our events for any sort of commercial use, advertisement or promotion.

5. Forging or re-selling of tickets is illegal and not allowed.

6. Fake or damaged tickets will not be honored. The only tickets guaranteed to work at the door are the ones sold directly from us on this website or our official eventbrite profile: http://threedayweekend.eventbrite.com

7. You may not solicit ANYTHING on our social media pages or profiles.

8. The content published on our website and social media channels is copyrighted by law and anyone who copies ANY part of it will be prosecuted. Do not attempt to reproduce and/or copy anything created by Three Day Weekend NYC including our trademarked event names.

9. We are not responsible for lost items at our events. Please watch after your stuff as there is absolutely nothing we can do about any lost item. We cannot send out messages to our audience or publish social media posts looking for a single person's lost item.

10. All our events are rain or shine, we only work with weather-proof venues.
